Notts. Ladies have gained promotion back to the National Premier League.

At the last minute, Rachel Rickervage dropped out due to illness and gave team captain Rachel Pullan the onerous task of finding a replacement. After over a dozen calls, Deb Anthony agreed to play in the match against Durham & Cleveland which the team won 3/2.

The ladies lost to Merseyside 3/2 and beat Leicestershire 4/1 securing a place in the Premier League next season.

Congratulations to Rachel Pullan, Deb Anthony, Alison goy, Sue Pinnegar and Toni Marsland. Not bad for a team with a combined age of 219!
